Being a long time customer of Common Sense, Video by the Lake LLC in Palmyra, VA has had opportunity to utilize many services from Common Sense. When LPT was looking for a way to negotiate with the Department of Defense for SBIR contracts, they looked to Ali Ansari with Common Sense. In order to compete effectively LPT had to change their accounting structure, business management style, marketing strategy and mission statement. Ali helped with all of that even acting as Director of Operations for the time while one of the managing partners was our of the country. Common Sense successfully negotiated several DoD Contracts with Navy, Coast Guard, Joint Forces Command and the Army. Set up and nurtured several networking opportunities for the partners of the company and other companies in the field, and assisted in the launch of a prototype to assist in the care and maintenance of our fleet. Supporting the Strategic Maintenance of our Navy and Army. In every step Common Sense did what was best for the business and the partners . Ali did not just come in and tell us what to do, he showed us how to do it ourselves for the future and how to best ensure our success.
